Warranty Policy

Where a product carries a warranty, the applicable warranty period and coverage will be stated on the relevant product page, invoice or warranty information supplied with the product.

Warranty coverage generally applies to eligible manufacturing defects and does not ordinarily cover misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, unauthorized modification or repair, improper assembly or installation, or damage caused after delivery.

For a warranty claim, customers may be asked to provide the order number, photographs, videos and other information required to assess the issue.
