Cancellation Policy

Customers may request cancellation within 4 hours of placing an order, provided processing, packing, manufacturing or production has not commenced.

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customized and made-to-order products may have stricter cancellation conditions once production has started.

Where an eligible cancellation is approved, any applicable refund will be processed according to the payment method and applicable terms.
